MY RESEARCH FOLLOWING THE FEEDBACK
We recommend refining the concept of ‘retro’ gaming to make sure it reaches beyond matters of style. Is the appeal of ‘retro’ for gamers fuelled by nostalgia? Conservatism? Technophilia? Escapism?

CONCLUSION
By looking into different resources, I would say the main reason why 'retro' gaming is so appealing to gamers, is because of nostalgia. Nostalgia is the relationship between longing for the past and forgetting it. Moments, like when you first played your nowadays favourite game, can never be relived and are lost forever. However, replaying the game again, brings back positive memories, which the gamers are possible to hold on to when playing retro games. It's a way to reach what was lost.

INTERACTION WORKSHOPS
The idea I had during the interaction workshops, was to create a ring, which works as a console.

How it works: Put the ring on your finger, when the ring is positioned in the middle of your finger, the console gets activated and is ready to use. The ring would be connected to the Wayback machine. To navigate through the webarchive, you could just move your finger from left to right or up and down to change the interaction on the website.
Move your finger up to find out more about a particular website.
Tap finger on the surface to leave the website.
Tap finger twice to select a website.
Move finger to the left to go back some years and visit an older version of the website. Then move your finger to the right to go back to the current version.

By changing the distance between your finger and the surface, your hand is resting on, the ring changes the action on the website.
